2-Year Limited Warranty for Ampyon Karaoke Systems

Eligible Ampyon karaoke systems purchased from Tittac include a 2-year limited warranty for approved manufacturer defects from the original purchase date.

Year 1 Full Warranty Support

Approved manufacturer defects may be supported by repair, defective part replacement, or product replacement.

Year 2 Limited Warranty Support

Continued support for approved defects through parts, repair, or replacement depending on product type and issue.

Coverage Main System Components

Applies to eligible speakers, mixing amplifier, microphones, receiver, and eligible Ampyon promotional items listed on the order or invoice.

Year 1: Full Warranty Support

During the first year, if a covered component has an approved manufacturer defect, Tittac or Ampyon may repair the product, replace the defective part, or replace the product with a new or functionally equivalent unit. For approved Year 1 replacement cases, standard shipping is covered both ways within the contiguous United States.

Year 2: Limited Warranty Support

During the second year, Ampyon continues to provide limited warranty support for approved manufacturer defects. Speaker issues may be supported with replacement parts, such as speaker drivers, along with video guidance when appropriate.

Mixing amplifiers, microphones, receivers, and eligible portable karaoke speakers may be supported through repair or replacement. Customer shipping responsibility applies to Year 2 service or replacement cases unless otherwise approved by Tittac or Ampyon.

Promotional Items

Eligible Ampyon promotional items, such as Starbox III when included with a qualifying karaoke system purchase and listed on the order or invoice, are covered under this 2-year limited warranty for approved manufacturer defects.

Normal battery wear, cosmetic wear, physical damage, liquid damage, misuse, improper charging, and normal wear and tear are not covered.

What Is Not Covered

  • Accidental damage, drops, impact damage, or liquid damage
  • Misuse, improper installation, improper wiring, or power surge damage
  • Use with incompatible accessories or operation outside product instructions
  • Cosmetic damage, normal wear and tear, or battery wear over time
  • Unauthorized repair, modification, tampering, or missing/altered serial numbers

Effective Date

This 2-Year Limited Warranty applies to eligible Ampyon karaoke systems purchased from Tittac on or after June 24, 2026. Products purchased before this date remain covered under the warranty terms that were in effect at the time of purchase, unless otherwise stated in writing by Tittac or Ampyon.

To request warranty support, please contact Tittac with your product model, order or invoice information, purchase date, and a clear description of the issue. Photos or videos may be requested to help confirm the problem and determine the next step.

Please do not ship any product back before receiving warranty approval and return instructions.
