2-Year Limited Warranty for Ampyon Amplifiers

Eligible Ampyon amplifiers purchased from Tittac include a 2-year limited warranty for approved manufacturer defects from the original purchase date.

Year 1 New Unit Replacement

If the amplifier has an approved manufacturer defect during the first year, Tittac or Ampyon will replace it with a new unit.

Year 2 Limited Replacement Support

If the amplifier has an approved manufacturer defect during the second year, Tittac or Ampyon will continue to provide replacement support.

Coverage Ampyon Amplifiers

Applies to eligible Ampyon karaoke amplifiers, mixing amplifiers, and amplifier products purchased from Tittac.

Year 1: New Unit Replacement

During the first year, if the amplifier has an approved manufacturer defect, Tittac or Ampyon will replace the defective amplifier with a new unit.

For approved Year 1 warranty replacement cases, Tittac covers standard shipping both ways within the contiguous United States.

Year 2: Limited Replacement Support

During the second year, if the amplifier has an approved manufacturer defect, Tittac or Ampyon will continue to provide replacement support under this limited warranty.

Customer is responsible for shipping both ways for approved Year 2 warranty replacement cases, unless otherwise approved in writing by Tittac or Ampyon.

What Is Not Covered

  • Accidental damage, drops, impact damage, or liquid damage
  • Damage caused by incorrect voltage, unstable power, power surge, or improper power connection
  • Damage caused by improper speaker wiring, shorted speaker cables, incompatible speakers, or unsafe speaker load
  • Overheating caused by blocked ventilation, improper placement, or operation outside product instructions
  • Misuse, abuse, commercial misuse, cosmetic damage, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modification
  • Damage caused by improper repair, tampering, missing serial numbers, or altered serial numbers

Effective Date

This 2-Year Limited Warranty applies to eligible Ampyon amplifiers purchased from Tittac on or after June 24, 2026. Products purchased before this date remain covered under the warranty terms that were in effect at the time of purchase, unless otherwise stated in writing by Tittac or Ampyon.

To request warranty support, please contact Tittac with your amplifier model, order or invoice information, purchase date, and a clear description of the issue. Photos or videos may be requested to help confirm the problem and determine the next step.

Please do not ship any product back before receiving warranty approval and return instructions.
