2-Year Limited Warranty for Ampyon Speakers

Eligible Ampyon speakers purchased from Tittac include a 2-year limited warranty for approved manufacturer defects from the original purchase date.

Year 1 New Unit Replacement

If the speaker has an approved manufacturer defect during the first year, Tittac or Ampyon will replace it with a new unit.

Year 2 Parts Support

Approved speaker defects may be supported with replacement parts such as drivers or crossover parts.

Support Parts Shipping + Video Guide

During the second year, Tittac covers shipping for approved replacement parts and provides video guidance when customer installation is appropriate.

Year 1: New Unit Replacement

During the first year, if the speaker has an approved manufacturer defect, Tittac or Ampyon will replace the defective speaker with a new unit.

For approved Year 1 warranty replacement cases, Tittac covers standard shipping both ways within the contiguous United States.

Year 2: Speaker Parts Support

During the second year, if the speaker has an approved manufacturer defect, Tittac or Ampyon will provide replacement parts when appropriate. Supported parts may include speaker drivers, crossover parts, or other approved speaker components related to the confirmed issue.

For approved Year 2 speaker parts cases, Tittac covers standard shipping for the replacement parts within the contiguous United States. A video guide may be provided so the customer can complete the replacement when customer installation is appropriate.

Year 2 speaker warranty support does not include full speaker unit replacement or shipping of the full speaker cabinet unless otherwise approved in writing by Tittac or Ampyon.

What Is Not Covered

  • Accidental damage, drops, impact damage, or liquid damage
  • Damage caused by overpowering, distorted signal, clipping, or unsafe volume levels
  • Damage caused by improper speaker wiring, shorted speaker cables, incompatible amplifiers, or unsafe speaker load
  • Damage caused by improper installation, improper placement, misuse, abuse, or commercial misuse
  • Cosmetic damage, scratches, dents, worn finishes, normal wear and tear, or aging from normal use
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repair, modification, tampering, missing serial numbers, or altered serial numbers

Effective Date

This 2-Year Limited Warranty applies to eligible Ampyon speakers purchased from Tittac on or after June 24, 2026. Products purchased before this date remain covered under the warranty terms that were in effect at the time of purchase, unless otherwise stated in writing by Tittac or Ampyon.

To request warranty support, please contact Tittac with your speaker model, order or invoice information, purchase date, and a clear description of the issue. Photos or videos may be requested to help confirm the problem and determine the next step.

Please do not ship any product back before receiving warranty approval and return instructions.
