2-Year Limited Warranty for Ampyon Portable Karaoke Products

Eligible Ampyon portable karaoke products purchased from Tittac include a 2-year limited warranty for approved manufacturer defects from the original purchase date.

Year 1 New Unit Replacement

If the portable karaoke product has an approved manufacturer defect during the first year, Tittac or Ampyon will replace it with a new unit.

Year 2 Working Product Replacement

If the product has an approved manufacturer defect during the second year, Tittac or Ampyon will provide a working replacement product.

Coverage Portable Karaoke Products

Applies to eligible Ampyon portable karaoke speakers and portable karaoke products, including Starbox models purchased from Tittac or listed on the order or invoice.

Year 1: New Unit Replacement

During the first year, if the portable karaoke product has an approved manufacturer defect, Tittac or Ampyon will replace the defective product with a new unit.

For approved Year 1 warranty replacement cases, Tittac covers standard shipping both ways within the contiguous United States.

Year 2: Working Product Replacement

During the second year, if the portable karaoke product has an approved manufacturer defect, Tittac or Ampyon will continue to provide replacement support with a working product or working unit under this limited warranty.

Customer is responsible for shipping both ways for approved Year 2 warranty replacement cases, unless otherwise approved in writing by Tittac or Ampyon.

What Is Not Covered

  • Accidental damage, drops, impact damage, or liquid damage
  • Damage caused by improper charging, battery misuse, or use with incompatible chargers/accessories
  • Normal battery wear, reduced battery capacity over time, or natural battery aging
  • Damage caused by incorrect voltage, unstable power, power surge, or improper power connection
  • Misuse, abuse, commercial misuse, cosmetic damage, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modification
  • Damage caused by improper repair, tampering, missing serial numbers, or altered serial numbers

Effective Date

This 2-Year Limited Warranty applies to eligible Ampyon portable karaoke products purchased from Tittac on or after June 24, 2026. Products purchased before this date remain covered under the warranty terms that were in effect at the time of purchase, unless otherwise stated in writing by Tittac or Ampyon.

To request warranty support, please contact Tittac with your product model, order or invoice information, purchase date, and a clear description of the issue. Photos or videos may be requested to help confirm the problem and determine the next step.

Please do not ship any product back before receiving warranty approval and return instructions.
