Shipping

  • Eligible products qualify for free standard shipping within the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
  • Free shipping applies to FedEx Ground or UPS Ground service only.
  • Most in-stock orders are typically processed within 24 business hours.
  • Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to you by email.
  • Please inspect your package upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact Tittac promptly with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Exchanges (Within 30 Days)

You may request an exchange within 30 days of delivery for another item in the same product category.

  • Exchanges must remain within the same category. For example:
    • Karaoke system to karaoke system
    • Mixing amplifier to mixing amplifier
    • Speakers to speakers
    • Microphones to microphones
    • Portable karaoke product to portable karaoke product
  • Tittac covers standard shipping both ways for approved exchanges.
  • If the new item costs more, you only pay the price difference.
  • If the new item costs less, the difference will be refunded to you.
  • Exchange requests must be approved by Tittac before the product is returned.

Returns (Within 30 Days)

You may return your product within 30 days of delivery for any reason.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, since Tittac already covered the original outbound shipping cost.
  • The product must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, and included items.
  • You may return the item using your preferred carrier, or request a prepaid return label from Tittac.
  • If Tittac provides the return label, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • Refunds are issued after the returned product is received and inspected.

Important Conditions

  • Items must be returned in acceptable condition and include all original accessories and packaging.
  • Products with physical damage, missing parts, or missing packaging may be subject to reduced refund value or may not qualify for exchange approval.
  • Please do not return any item without first contacting Tittac for approval and return instructions.

International Orders

  • For deliveries outside the United States, the customer is responsible for import compliance, customs duties, taxes, and related fees.
  • If an international shipment is refused, original shipping and return shipping charges may not be refundable.
