All karaoke equipment is eligible for free shipping within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Free shipping applies to FedEx or UPS Ground only.
Lead time
- Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of receipt. Once processed, most orders ship within the next 24 hours depending on product availability. When your order ships, we’ll email you a confirmation with a tracking number so you can track delivery to your door.
- We ship all orders in new condition. However, shipping issues can happen. When your delivery arrives, please inspect all boxes and items for damage. If you believe the product is damaged or incorrect, please take clear photos as proof and contact us for assistance. Open and inspect all packages after the driver leaves, and report any and all damage immediately to Customer Service at 1-800-640-5888. We may request a copy of the signed delivery receipt so we can begin processing a replacement.
- If you received damaged items but did not follow the steps above, please still contact us. We will review available options, which may include a discounted replacement or guidance on filing a claim directly with the carrier.
Hawaii, Alaska & International
- For deliveries outside the United States, the recipient is responsible for ensuring the product can be legally imported into the destination country.
- The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all local laws and regulations. International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and additional fees once they reach the destination country. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility.
- Customs duties and taxes are typically non-refundable. If a shipment is refused due to unexpected import fees, the original shipping cost and any return shipping charges may not be refunded. Customs policies vary by country, and customs clearance may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
- To help avoid delays, we strongly recommend:
- Providing a phone number where customs can reach you when your order arrives. This number may be listed on the commercial invoice for customs clearance purposes.
- Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore carrier requests related to duty/tax payment. Most carriers will hold a shipment for up to 5 days after arrival before returning it to the sender.
