We want you to order with confidence. TITTAC offers free shipping within the 48 contiguous U.S. states, a 30-day return and exchange policy, and a 1-year warranty on all karaoke products.

Shipping

  • All karaoke equipment qualifies for free shipping within the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
  • Free shipping applies to FedEx or UPS Ground only.
  • Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Most in-stock orders ship within the next 24 hours, depending on availability.
  • Once your order ships, we will email you tracking information.
  • Please inspect all boxes and items upon delivery. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, take clear photos and contact us right away.

Exchanges (Within 30 Days)

You may exchange your product within 30 days of delivery for another item in the same category:

  • Karaoke set to karaoke set
  • Mixing amplifier to mixing amplifier
  • Speakers to speakers
  • Microphones to microphones
  • TITTAC covers shipping both ways for approved exchanges.
  • If the new item costs more, you only pay the difference.
  • If the new item costs less, we will refund the difference.

Returns (Within 30 Days)

  • You may return your product within 30 days of delivery.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, since we already covered shipping to you.
  • You may ship the product back using your preferred carrier, or request a prepaid return label from us, with the label cost deducted from your refund.

Warranty (1 Year)

  • All karaoke products include a 1-year warranty.
  • If your product is having problems, our team will first help troubleshoot the issue with you.
  • If the product is confirmed to be defective, we will send a replacement unit along with a prepaid return shipping label.
  • You simply need to drop off the return package at UPS. The return label is already paid for by us.
  • The warranty does not cover physical damage.

Important Conditions

  • Refunds are issued after the returned product is received and inspected.

International Orders

  • For deliveries outside the United States, the recipient is responsible for import compliance, customs duties, taxes, and related fees.
  • If a shipment is refused because of unpaid import fees, original shipping and return shipping charges may not be refunded.
