Five stars all around
We recently purchased the Osaki AI Xrest and it has completely exceeded our expectations! The massage options are incredibly versatile—ranging from full-body relaxation to targeted relief for sore areas. As someone tall, I really appreciate the adjustable leg extension—it makes a huge difference in comfort.

The white glove delivery service was also top-notch. The team was professional, punctual, and made setup effortless. If you’re in the market for a massage chair, I highly recommend visiting Tittac. AI scan feels surprisingly accurate
Some days my shoulders are tight, other days it’s lower back. The tension detection seems to adapt. I mainly use zero gravity + heat at night. Very relaxing without feeling aggressive.

Powerful, but takes time to dial in
Lots of intensity levels. If you’re sensitive, start low. Once I figured out my settings, it became enjoyable. Not plug-and-play on day one, but worth learning.

Tôi 52 tuổi, làm nail hơn 20 năm nên vai với lưng dưới gần như lúc nào cũng căng. Ban đầu vợ muốn mua, tôi thì hơi lăn tăn vì giá không rẻ. Nhưng dùng khoảng 2 tuần thì thấy khác thật.

Điểm tôi thích là cảm giác massage 4D rất sát lưng, nhất là đoạn cổ và vai. Mỗi tối sau 9 giờ đóng tiệm về, ngồi 20–25 phút là người nhẹ hẳn. Chế độ kéo giãn lưng làm tôi bất ngờ nhất, không bị “giật” mà kéo rất từ từ.

Ghế này khá to nên phải đo chỗ trước khi giao. Nhà tôi ở suburb nên để phòng khách vẫn ổn. Ai ở apartment chắc nên coi lại kích thước. Nhưng nếu đủ chỗ thì thực sự đáng tiền. Không phải kiểu quảng cáo quá lời, mà là dùng rồi mới hiểu.
