Exchange Policy (Within 30 Days)

You may exchange your item within 30 days of delivery for another item in the same category:

  • Karaoke set → karaoke set
  • Mixing amplifier → mixing amplifier
  • Speakers → speakers
  • Microphones → microphones
  • Healing jewelry → healing jewelry
  • Tittac covers shipping both ways for approved exchanges.
  • If the new item costs more, you pay the difference.
  • If the new item costs less, we refund the difference.

Return Policy (Within 30 Days)

You may return your item within 30 days for any reason.

  • You are responsible for one-way return shipping, since we already covered shipping to you.
  • You may return the item using your preferred carrier, or request a prepaid return label from us. If a prepaid label is requested, the label cost will be deducted from your refund.

Warranty Policy (Karaoke Products — 1 Year)

  • All karaoke products come with a 1-year warranty.
  • If the item is found defective during the warranty period, Tittac will replace it with a new unit.
  • We cover all shipping costs involved in the warranty replacement process.
  • The warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, or modifications made by the user.

  • Because of freight handling, the customer is responsible for shipping both ways (outbound and return shipping).
  • Refunds are issued after the chair is returned and inspected.

  • The replacement chair must be the same price or higher.
  • If the new chair costs more, you pay the difference.
  • The customer is responsible for one-way shipping (freight) for the exchange.
