We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Below are our return, exchange, and warranty policies by product category. If you have any questions, please contact our team.

30-Day Return & Exchange + 1-Year Warranty (Karaoke products)

Exchange Policy (Within 30 Days)

You may exchange your item within 30 days of delivery for another item in the same category:

  • Karaoke set → karaoke set
  • Mixing amplifier → mixing amplifier
  • Speakers → speakers
  • Microphones → microphones
  • Healing jewelry → healing jewelry
  • TITTAC covers shipping both ways for all approved exchanges.
  • If the new item is higher in price, you pay the difference.
  • If the new item is lower in price, we refund the difference.

Return Policy (Within 30 Days)

You may return your item within 30 days for any reason.

  • You are responsible for one-way return shipping, as we’ve already covered shipping to you.
  • You may ship the product back using your preferred carrier, or request a prepaid return label from us. If you request a label, the label cost will be deducted from your refund.

Warranty Policy (Karaoke Products — 1 Year)

  • All karaoke products come with a 1-year warranty.
  • If the item is found defective within the warranty period, TITTAC will replace it with a new unit.
  • We cover all shipping costs involved in the warranty replacement process.
  • Warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, or modifications made by the user.

Return Policy (Within 30 Days)

You may return a massage chair within 30 days for any reason.

  • Due to freight handling, the customer is responsible for shipping both ways (outbound + return shipping).
  • Refunds are issued after the chair is returned and inspected.

Exchange Policy (Within 30 Days)

Exchanges may be available within 30 days under these conditions:

  • The replacement chair must be the same price or higher.
  • If the new chair is higher in price, you pay the difference.
  • The customer is responsible for one-way shipping (freight) for the exchange.

Important Conditions (All Categories)

  • All original boxes, packaging materials, and accessories must be kept and returned in good condition.
  • Items must be returned in like-new condition, free from damage or excessive wear.
  • Refunds are issued once the returned product is received and inspected.
