Program: Tittac Tita Staff Alerts. Tittac LLC, which also operates Mulany as a DBA, uses this optional SMS program to notify authorized Tittac staff when a customer requests human assistance through the Tita AI shopping assistant.

• Who receives messages: Only authorized staff who have explicitly agreed to receive these notifications. These internal alerts are not sent to customers.
• Message content: Notifications may include the customer's support request, product or page context, and contact details voluntarily provided for follow-up.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on customer support requests.
• Charges: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP to unsubscribe from future SMS alerts.
• Assistance: Reply HELP for assistance or email [email protected].
• Consent: Enrollment is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Program: TITTAC Customer Messaging, operated by Tittac LLC, which also operates Mulany as a DBA. This program is separate from Tittac Tita Staff Alerts.

• Who receives messages: Customers who voluntarily provide their mobile number and give the applicable SMS/MMS consent through an eligible website form or another approved opt-in method.
• Message content: Messages may include product inquiry confirmations, requested quotations, karaoke system and massage chair details, financing information, product images, and customer-service replies. Sales, discounts, and other promotional messages are sent only to customers who separately opt in to marketing texts.
• Consent: Website SMS consent is optional and is obtained through unchecked-by-default checkbox controls separate from general website terms. Inquiry-related SMS/MMS and promotional SMS/MMS require separate choices. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
