Tittac LLC, which also operates under the Mulany DBA, uses the Tittac Tita Staff Alerts program to send low-volume SMS notifications to authorized staff members who have voluntarily agreed to receive them. These messages are internal customer-service alerts, not marketing messages, and are not sent to customers as part of this program.

When a customer requests assistance through the Tita AI shopping assistant, an alert may include the customer's language, the product or page involved, a brief description of the request, and contact details the customer chooses to provide. To administer the program, we may also process staff phone numbers, consent records, and SMS delivery or opt-out information.

We share information with messaging and technology service providers only as reasonably necessary to operate this service, subject to applicable safeguards. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Participating staff may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP or contacting [email protected]. For SMS assistance, reply HELP or contact us by email. Message and data rates may apply.

12. Customer SMS/MMS Communications and Privacy

Program: TITTAC Customer Messaging, operated by Tittac LLC, which also operates Mulany as a DBA. This program is separate from Tittac Tita Staff Alerts described in Section 11.

When customers voluntarily opt in through an eligible TITTAC website form, we may use SMS or MMS to respond to product inquiries, confirm requests, send requested quotations and product images, provide financing information, and offer customer assistance. Customers who separately consent to promotional messaging may also receive sales announcements, special pricing, or other marketing offers. Agreeing to inquiry-related texts does not automatically enroll a customer in promotional texts.

To operate the program, we may collect and process mobile phone numbers, the products or services requested, message contents, messaging preferences, consent records (including the time, source, and scope of consent), and delivery or opt-out information. We use this information to communicate with customers, honor their messaging choices, provide support, and maintain records of consent.

We may engage messaging and technology providers, including service providers that process messages on our behalf, solely as needed to operate and secure these communications. We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, messaging consent information, or personal information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Message frequency varies with the customer's inquiries and preferences. Message and data rates may apply.
