We purchased this chair in early 2022 for my parents. At the time, it felt like a big investment, but it’s been used almost daily since then. My dad especially enjoys it after gardening.

The massage programs are straightforward and easy to select once you get used to the remote. Some newer chairs I’ve seen lately seem more “feature-heavy,” but this one feels simpler and less overwhelming. For older users, that’s actually a plus.

It’s not the smallest chair, and you definitely feel its presence in the room. We placed it along the wall in our family room and left enough space behind it. After that, no issues.

If you’re buying today, you might compare it with newer releases. But as a long-term, stable chair for regular home use, this one has been dependable for us.
