Eligible Ampyon portable karaoke products purchased from TITTAC include a 2-year limited warranty covering approved manufacturing defects under normal residential use.
Coverage applies to eligible Ampyon portable karaoke speakers, Starbox models, and other qualifying portable karaoke products purchased from TITTAC.
This warranty applies to eligible Ampyon portable karaoke products purchased from TITTAC on or after June 24, 2026. Earlier purchases remain covered under the warranty terms in effect at the time of purchase unless otherwise confirmed in writing.

Please do not return any product before receiving warranty approval and return instructions.
TITTAC offers fast shipping within the 48 contiguous United States, a straightforward 30-day exchange policy, and a 30-day return policy for eligible products.
This policy does not apply to massage chairs, which are subject to separate freight delivery, exchange, and return terms.
