Jewelry Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Period

All jewelry products include a 1-year warranty from Tittac. The warranty period begins on the purchase date shown on the customer’s sales receipt or invoice.

2. Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers eligible technical, functional, or manufacturing defects discovered under normal use.

After receiving and inspecting the product, Tittac will replace the product with a new one when the warranty claim is confirmed to be valid.

All replacements must be inspected and approved by Tittac. If the original product is no longer available, Tittac may provide the same model or a reasonably equivalent replacement product.

3. Warranty Shipping Costs

For an approved warranty claim submitted within the 1-year warranty period, Tittac will pay all applicable shipping costs in both directions, including:

  • The cost of shipping the defective product from the customer to Tittac.
  • The cost of shipping the replacement product from Tittac to the customer.

The customer must contact Tittac and receive return instructions or a shipping label before sending the product back.

Shipping costs incurred when a customer sends a product without prior authorization from Tittac may not be reimbursed.

4. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover physical damage or damage caused by use, including but not limited to:

  • Scratches, cracks, chips, or breakage.
  • Bending, denting, deformation, tearing, or snapping.
  • Damage caused by dropping, impact, pressure, or an accident.
  • Damage caused by misuse or use for an unintended purpose.
  • Damage caused by neglect or improper storage.
  • Damage caused by chemicals, perfume, cosmetics, cleaning products, or corrosive substances.
  • Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use.
  • Fading or surface changes caused by use or environmental exposure.
  • Lost products or missing product components.
  • Products that have been repaired, altered, or modified by the customer or an unauthorized third party.

5. Proof of Purchase

The customer is responsible for retaining the original invoice, sales receipt, or other valid proof of purchase throughout the warranty period.

When requesting warranty service, the customer may be required to provide:

  • A dated sales receipt, invoice, or other proof of purchase.
  • Photographs or videos showing the reported problem.
  • Any additional information needed for Tittac to evaluate the warranty claim.

Tittac reserves the right to deny warranty service if the customer cannot provide valid proof of purchase or if the product is excluded from warranty coverage.

6. How to Request Warranty Service

  1. Contact Tittac and provide the order information or proof of purchase.
  2. Provide photographs, videos, or a description of the reported defect when requested.
  3. Allow Tittac to review and approve the warranty claim.
  4. Return the product according to the instructions and shipping label provided by Tittac.
  5. After the claim is confirmed to be valid, Tittac will ship the replacement product to the customer.

At Tittac we understand how important purchase is for you and to receive the purchased products in the finest condition. We have adopted all the necessary steps to ensure that you receive your products on time, one of which is by partnering with a large network of couriers to deliver your products at the fastest time possible.

Most orders are delivered in 5-7 days. Exceptions include customized items, special order items, advanced order items or out of stock items.

All items over $50 are eligible for free ground shipping in the US 48 contigious states. 

Returns & Exchange:

We offer no hassle returns or exchange on all orders. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return it for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 14 days from the date of delivery.

If the item is wrong or a component is missing we will make the exchange as simple as possible. Should the order contain manufacturing errors and/or defects, we will gladly replace it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
