What Is Not Covered
- Accidental, physical, impact, or liquid damage
- Misuse, improper installation, wiring, or power surges
- Unauthorized repair or product modification
- Normal cosmetic wear and battery wear
- Missing or altered serial numbers

TITTAC offers fast shipping within the 48 contiguous United States, a straightforward 30-day exchange policy, and a 30-day return policy for eligible products.
This policy does not apply to massage chairs, which are subject to separate freight delivery, exchange, and return terms.
Shipping
- Eligible products qualify for free standard shipping within the 48 contiguous United States.
- Free shipping applies to FedEx Ground or UPS Ground service only.
- Most in-stock orders are processed within 1 business day.
- Tracking information will be emailed after the order ships.
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact TITTAC promptly and provide clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
Exchanges Within 30 Days
You may request an exchange within 30 days of delivery for another item in the same product category.
Examples of eligible category exchanges:
- Karaoke system to karaoke system
- Mixing amplifier to mixing amplifier
- Speakers to speakers
- Microphones to microphones
- Portable karaoke product to portable karaoke product
- TITTAC covers standard shipping in both directions for approved exchanges.
- If the replacement item costs more, the customer pays the price difference.
- If the replacement item costs less, the price difference will be refunded.
- All exchange requests must be approved before the product is returned.
Returns Within 30 Days
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for any reason, subject to prior approval from TITTAC.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
- The product must include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and included items.
- Customers may use their preferred carrier or request a prepaid return label from TITTAC.
- When TITTAC provides the return label, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
- Refunds are issued after the returned product is received and inspected.
Important Conditions
- Returned products must be in acceptable condition and include all original packaging and accessories.
- Products with physical damage, missing parts, or missing packaging may receive a reduced refund or may not qualify for exchange.
- Do not return any item before receiving approval and return instructions from TITTAC.
International Orders
For deliveries outside the United States, the customer is responsible for import requirements, customs duties, taxes, and related fees.
If an international shipment is refused, the original shipping charge and return shipping charge may not be refundable.
