Karaoke: FREE Ground Shipping to the 48 contiguous U.S. states (FedEx/UPS Ground).
Massage Chairs: FREE Curbside Delivery to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Threshold and White Glove service may be available for an additional fee (varies by chair model).
Healing Jewelry: FREE shipping to the 48 contiguous U.S. states, typically via First Class or Ground (based on package size/weight).

Note: Free shipping applies to the 48 contiguous states. Alaska/Hawaii and international shipping are quoted separately.

All karaoke products ship FREE via Ground within the 48 contiguous U.S. states (typically FedEx or UPS Ground).
Most orders are processed within 24 hours (subject to stock availability). Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
Typical delivery time is approximately 3–7 business days, depending on location and carrier conditions.

Massage chairs are large freight items. TITTAC provides the following delivery options within the 48 contiguous U.S. states:

FREE Curbside Delivery (standard): delivery to the curb/driveway or the nearest accessible drop-off point.
Threshold Delivery (carry-in to the first dry area/inside the doorway): available for select models; typically $90–$150 depending on the chair.
White Glove Delivery (room of choice + basic setup + debris removal, where available): available for select models; typically $199–$650 depending on the chair.
Threshold/White Glove fees may be waived or discounted for certain models during manufacturer special offers or promotional discounts. If applicable, this will be shown on the product page or confirmed by our team.

Important notes for massage chair delivery:

Freight carriers may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Please ensure someone is available to receive the shipment.
Please measure doorways, hallways, and the intended placement area in advance. If you need help choosing the right delivery service, contact TITTAC before delivery.

Shipping to Alaska/Hawaii or outside the U.S. may require additional shipping charges and/or import fees. We will provide a quote and confirm details before shipment.
