Returns Within 30 Days
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for any reason, subject to prior approval from TITTAC.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
- The product must include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and included items.
- Customers may use their preferred carrier or request a prepaid return label from TITTAC.
- When TITTAC provides the return label, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
- Refunds are issued after the returned product is received and inspected.

Ampyon is truly a premium U.S. brand.
I researched many karaoke systems before choosing Ampyon, and I don’t regret it! Powerful and clear sound, easy to adjust echo, bass, and treble. Microphones are excellent – no squealing or dropouts. A full 1-year warranty gives total peace of mind. Ampyon is truly a premium U.S. brand.
