Returns Within 30 Days
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for any reason, subject to prior approval from TITTAC.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
- The product must include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and included items.
- Customers may use their preferred carrier or request a prepaid return label from TITTAC.
- When TITTAC provides the return label, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
- Refunds are issued after the returned product is received and inspected.

Hiệu năng: dàn này nhạy với việc đặt vị trí. Nếu để sát tường quá, bass dễ bị dội làm giọng đục. Nhưng khi đẩy loa ra 20–40cm và hơi toe-in (xoay nhẹ hướng loa vào chỗ đứng hát), tự nhiên giọng rõ hơn hẳn.
Feedback cũng phụ thuộc vị trí: đứng lệch trục loa thì ít hú hơn đứng ngay trước mặt loa. Ai muốn “cắm là chạy” hoàn toàn thì có thể thấy hơi mất công chút—nhưng bù lại chỉnh xong nghe rất “ngon”.

Hàng chất lượng tốt.
Bên tiệm có rất nhiều máy giá cũng khác nhau tuỳ máy. Mình cũng mua tại tiệm 1 dàn karaoke ampyon #12. Gặp bạn nhân viên tư vấn rất chi tiết. Dàn máy rất đẹp sử dụng đến giờ vẫn rất ổn.
