Eligible Ampyon speakers purchased from TITTAC include a 2-year limited warranty covering approved manufacturing defects under normal use.
Year 2 coverage does not include replacement or freight shipment of the complete speaker cabinet unless approved in writing by TITTAC or Ampyon.
This warranty applies to eligible Ampyon speakers purchased from TITTAC on or after June 24, 2026. Earlier purchases remain covered by the warranty terms in effect on the original purchase date, unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
Contact TITTAC with the speaker model, order or invoice information, purchase date, and a clear description of the issue. Photos or videos may be requested for diagnosis.
Do not return the speaker before receiving warranty approval and return instructions.
TITTAC offers fast shipping within the 48 contiguous United States, a straightforward 30-day exchange policy, and a 30-day return policy for eligible products.
This policy does not apply to massage chairs, which are subject to separate freight delivery, exchange, and return terms.
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact TITTAC promptly and provide clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
You may request an exchange within 30 days of delivery for another item in the same product category.
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for any reason, subject to prior approval from TITTAC.
For deliveries outside the United States, the customer is responsible for import requirements, customs duties, taxes, and related fees.
If an international shipment is refused, the original shipping charge and return shipping charge may not be refundable.
