Returns Within 30 Days
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for any reason, subject to prior approval from TITTAC.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
- The product must include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and included items.
- Customers may use their preferred carrier or request a prepaid return label from TITTAC.
- When TITTAC provides the return label, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Ngoai hinh sang, nhung cai hay la o do on dinh khi hat lau
Ngoài hình không quá “đèn đóm”, nhìn sạch sẽ nên hợp phòng khách kiểu Mỹ. Mình quan tâm mấy chỗ như lưới loa có chắc không, thùng có bị rung khi mở lớn không. Dàn này mở vừa–lớn vẫn giữ cảm giác ổn, không kiểu rung bần bật.
Hiệu năng thực tế: độ ổn định là điểm ăn tiền. Hát lâu, đổi người liên tục mà âm không bị xuống “mệt mệt”. Mic bắt giọng tốt ở mức vừa phải, không cần gào. Cái mình hay làm là giữ music volume cố định rồi chỉnh mic volume + echo nhỏ từng chút, dàn này phản hồi khá “mượt” chứ không giật cục.
Nếu bạn thích bass nhiều, nên kiểm soát để không lấn giọng (đặc biệt với giọng nữ).

Stable performance for long singing sessions
We hosted a birthday party and the system ran almost 4 hours straight. No overheating issues, no sudden volume drops.
The microphones handle different voice types well — from my deep voice to my wife’s higher pitch.
It’s not overly complicated, which I appreciate. Just a solid home karaoke setup that works consistently.

Hát bolero nghe ấm, nhưng hơi chiếm diện tích
Nhà tôi hay mở nhạc bolero, trữ tình. Âm thanh nghe khá ấm, không bị chói tai. Mic nói rõ, không bị nặng tiếng.
Tôi không rành công nghệ lắm nhưng chỉnh cũng không quá khó. Con trai tôi hướng dẫn một lần là biết dùng.
Điểm trừ nhỏ là bộ này khá lớn, nên cần sắp xếp góc phòng cho gọn.
Nhìn chung rất hài lòng, cuối tuần cả nhà vui hơn hẳn.

Feels like a mini stage at home
I wanted something that feels a little more “serious” than a portable speaker. This system delivers that stage-like presence.
The sound projects forward nicely without sounding muddy. We tried both fast dance tracks and slow ballads — vocals stay clean.
My living room is open to the kitchen (typical Southern layout), and it carried well without pushing volume too high.
Only small note: you’ll want to spend a few minutes adjusting echo to your preference. Once dialed in, it sounds great.

Mình nói thật. Hai ngày đầu mình định trả lại luôn.
Mở lên nghe thấy cũng bình thường. Không khác bộ cũ nhiều như mình tưởng.
Sau đó mình mới gọi bạn bán, bạn rất nhiệt tình facetime giúp mình ngồi chỉnh lại từng cái một. Tắt bớt treble, tăng nhẹ mid, chỉnh echo thấp xuống.
Tự nhiên thấy nó khác hẳn.
Giờ thì hát gần tháng rồi. Không còn bị hú bất chợt. Bạn bè qua chơi không phải đứng chỉnh mic suốt.
Nguyên dàn karaoke rất Nặng, nhất là amply Rất nặng. Nhưng mình không cần mang đi đâu. nên cũng thấy ok

Mua vì chồng thích, giờ mình cũng hát ké
Thật ra mình không rành âm thanh. Mua System 09 vì chồng thích karaoke.
Lúc nhận hàng thấy hơi to. Hơi nặng.
Hát khoảng 2 tuần thì quen dần cách chỉnh. Giọng mình nghe đỡ mỏng hơn bộ cũ.
Mình thích nhất là không bị hú đột ngột.
Chỉ có điều phải chỉnh vài lần mới ra tiếng vừa ý.
Lúc nhận hàng thấy hơi to. Hơi nặng.

Took a Week to Like It
I bought System 09 because my old setup kept embarrassing me with feedback noise. First impression? Big. Heavier than I expected. Not exactly living-room decor.
First two days I almost regretted it. It didn’t sound “amazing” out of the box. Then I stopped messing with every knob and just adjusted mic and echo properly.
Now it’s steady. That’s the word. It doesn’t freak out when someone sings loud. It doesn’t randomly squeal.
It’s not portable. And you’ll need space. But once it’s set, it behaves.
