Great chair and great customer service

Five stars all the way. I had a small customer service issue and within second they reached out to me and solved my issue. This is a company that puts customer service first! Not to mention, three friends who have come over and tried the chair all bought it! Couldn’t recommend them
more!

Good for back pain

I'm over 70 and used to suffer from back pain and numb legs. Since getting the Osaki OP Master, just 30 minutes a day makes me feel rejuvenated. The AI body scan is impressive — it finds all the sore spots!
