Returns Within 30 Days
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for any reason, subject to prior approval from TITTAC.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
- The product must include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and included items.
- Customers may use their preferred carrier or request a prepaid return label from TITTAC.
- When TITTAC provides the return label, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Ở Chicago mùa đông tụ họp trong nhà nhiều, nên mình cần dàn nào mở lên không chói. Ngoại hình thì nhìn có “dáng dàn gia đình”: đặt góc phòng ổn, không bị lạc tone nội thất.
Về âm, mình để ý nhất dải trung (mid) vì đó là nơi giọng hát nằm. Dàn này giữ mid khá ổn nên giọng nghe rõ, không cần tăng treble nhiều. Đặt loa xa tường một chút, thêm thảm mỏng là giảm dội hẳn (nhà sàn gỗ/laminate mà để trống dễ chói). Feedback kiểm soát ổn nếu bạn giữ mic không hướng thẳng vào loa.
Neu phòng quá “trơn” (ít rèm/thảm) thì bạn vẫn phải chỉnh EQ nhẹ để đỡ chói.

Âm thanh mạnh nhưng cần chỉnh chút bass
Mình mua để đặt ở phòng sinh hoạt chung (townhouse). Lúc đầu mở lên thấy bass hơi mạnh với phòng kín, nhưng chỉnh lại là ổn ngay.
Giọng mic khá rõ, không bị hú nhiều như mấy dàn cũ mình từng dùng.
Phù hợp gia đình hoặc nhóm bạn 10–15 người. Nếu phòng quá nhỏ thì nên chỉnh volume vừa phải cho hàng xóm đỡ phiền 😅
Tổng thể mình đánh giá cao, đặc biệt là độ ổn định khi hát lâu.

I live in a colder state so most of our gatherings are indoors. This system fills my basement space really well without sounding sharp or piercing.
What stood out is how clean the vocals come through. Some systems I tested before had overly bright highs that made voices thin. This one feels balanced.
We usually sing bolero and slow Vietnamese songs — the tone feels warm and natural.
Downside? It’s not something you move around daily. It’s more of a semi-permanent setup. But once placed, it’s solid.

Not perfect at first
Sound felt too bright for my voice. I was annoyed.
Then my nephew came over and adjusted the mic level and echo. Big difference.
Now we’ve used it 5 weekends in a row. No feedback scream like my old one. That alone is worth it.

Got System 06 after my cheap Amazon speaker died mid-party (super awkward).
Unboxed it, and yeah — it feels like real equipment. Solid cabinet. Not hollow plastic.
Used it twice so far. No mic cut-outs. No screaming feedback. Sound isn’t “club loud,” but clean enough for 8–10 people in my living room.
Only thing — don’t expect to move it around often. It’s not that kind of speaker.
