Returns Within 30 Days
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for any reason, subject to prior approval from TITTAC.

- Customers may use their preferred carrier or request a prepaid return label from TITTAC.
- When TITTAC provides the return label, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Mình thích kiểu thiết kế nhìn “đúng đồ dùng”: gọn gàng, ít chi tiết rườm rà. Ngoại hình không cần sang quá, nhưng phải cho cảm giác tin cậy (thùng chắc, đặt vững).
Khi hát thực tế, mình thấy dàn này tách bạch giọng và nhạc tốt hơn nhiều bộ mình từng thử. Nhiều bộ mở lớn thì nhạc phình ra, giọng bị đẩy lùi. Ở đây nếu canh gain đúng, giọng đứng phía trước nên hát sướng hơn.
Mẹo của mình: đừng bật echo quá tay; để echo nhẹ + giảm chút low-mid nếu phòng bị ù. Muốn “đã” ngay thì vẫn cần 5–10 phút chỉnh cho hợp phòng.

Strong output, but needs space
This system has solid output. If you have a small apartment, you’ll want to control the bass carefully.
I live in a two-story home and it easily covers downstairs area. Vocals sit nicely on top of the music.
It’s not something you tuck into a tiny corner — it’s meant to be part of the room setup. Once placed correctly, it feels premium

Big sound without pushing max volume
Nhà mình ở Illinois nên mùa đông tụ tập trong nhà là chính. Phòng khách khá rộng (gần 600 sqft) mà mở khoảng 65% là đủ nghe lớn rồi.
Giọng mic rõ, không bị mỏng. Hát nhạc trẻ hay bolero đều ổn.
Mình thích điểm là âm thanh nghe dày nhưng không bị gắt. Mấy người lớn tuổi trong nhà hát lâu không bị mệt tai.
Bộ này hợp với gia đình đông người.

Easier on My Voice
My children installed System 11 for me.
Before this, I felt like I had to push my voice hard to hear myself. Now I don’t.
It’s large and not something I move around. But when I sing older Vietnamese songs, it sounds comfortable, not sharp.
I don’t understand the technical side. I just know it feels easier to sing.

Very good system. great customer support
This system was the perfect addition to our event. I'm not very tech-savvy, so I reached out to the Tittac for help, and they made the setup process incredibly easy.
