JPMedics Massage Chair Warranty
Eligible JPMedics massage chairs are covered against qualifying mechanical, electrical, component, and functional defects under normal residential use. Coverage begins on the original purchase date and may vary by model.

- Extended coverage must be purchased according to applicable eligibility requirements and deadlines
Warranty coverage and available extensions may vary by model. Please review the product page, sales invoice, and warranty documents provided at the time of purchase.
How Warranty Service Works
All claims must be evaluated and approved by JPMedics. Depending on the issue, JPMedics may provide replacement parts and repair instructions or arrange for an authorized technician to service the chair in the customer's home.
A technical problem does not automatically qualify the customer for a complete replacement chair.
What Is Not Covered
- Physical, accidental, cosmetic, impact, or relocation damage
- Misuse, abuse, neglect, improper care, installation, or assembly
- Failure to follow product instructions
- Unauthorized repairs, disassembly, alterations, or modifications
- Improper electrical supply, electrical damage, or power disturbances
- Water, fire, flood, rust, corrosion, weather, or environmental damage
- Normal wear involving upholstery, fabric, padding, foam, or coverings
- Fading, fabric pilling, cushion softening, scratches, tears, or dents
- Commercial use without an applicable Commercial Warranty
Commercial Use
The standard JPMedics warranty is intended for personal residential use. Business, rental, hospitality, salon, spa, medical, office, fitness, or other commercial use is not covered unless an applicable Commercial Warranty has been purchased.

- Original sales receipt, invoice, or other proof of purchase
- Massage chair serial number
- Photos or videos showing the reported issue
- Any additional information requested for diagnosis
Warranty service may be denied when valid proof of purchase or the product serial number cannot be provided.

Free Curbside Freight Delivery
Massage chairs include free curbside freight delivery to the 48 contiguous United States. Delivery is generally estimated at 7 to 10 days, but timing may vary by product availability, destination, and freight carrier schedule.
Curbside delivery is made to the curb, driveway, or nearest safe exterior location accessible by the freight truck.
Curbside delivery does not include:
- Moving the chair inside the home
- Stairs, upper floors, or room placement
- Unpacking or assembly
- Removal of boxes and packaging materials
The customer is responsible for arranging sufficient help and equipment to move the chair from the delivery location into the home.
White Glove Delivery
White Glove Delivery is available for an additional charge. Pricing and included services vary by chair model, delivery address, and local service provider.
- The chair is delivered through a local delivery and assembly provider
- The provider contacts the customer to arrange an appointment
- In-home delivery and assembly are provided according to the confirmed service level
- Stairs, room placement, unpacking, and packaging removal must be confirmed in advance
White Glove Delivery generally adds 7 to 10 days to the regular delivery estimate. All White Glove charges are non-refundable once the service has been arranged.
Alaska & Hawaii
Free shipping does not apply to Alaska or Hawaii. Please contact TITTAC before ordering to confirm available delivery options and receive a freight quote.
Inspect Your Delivery
Inspect the packaging and visible condition of the chair before signing the delivery receipt.
- Note all visible damage clearly on the delivery receipt
- Take photos of the packaging, shipping labels, damage, and receipt
- Contact TITTAC as soon as possible
- For severe damage, contact TITTAC before refusing delivery whenever possible
Signing without a damage notation may limit the ability to file a successful freight claim. Concealed damage or functional issues discovered after unpacking should be reported promptly.
30-Day Exchanges & Returns
A massage chair may be requested for exchange or return within 30 days from the purchase date. TITTAC approval and return instructions are required before the chair is shipped back.
Return for a Refund
- The customer is responsible for the original outbound freight cost
- The customer is responsible for return freight
- Applicable freight charges will be deducted from the refund
- White Glove Delivery charges are non-refundable
Exchange for Another Chair
- Price differences are adjusted according to the replacement chair
- Applicable freight charges are the customer's responsibility
- Higher- and lower-priced exchanges may have different freight treatment
- White Glove service for a replacement chair is charged separately
Returned chairs must be securely packaged for freight transport. The customer is responsible for damage caused by improper return packaging.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
Customers may be responsible for outbound freight, return freight, redelivery, storage, and any White Glove charges already incurred when delivery is refused without approval, an appointment is missed, or an incorrect or incomplete address is provided.

Worth Every Penny!
I was hesitant on buying this chair but my wife wanted so much, couldn't say no to her. Chair arrived in great condition. The chair is beautiful and operates perfectly. Excellent sitting in after a long, hard day's work. Relaxing and hits all of the points it needs to. I have a large family and the fight for the chair starts every evening. I recommend this chair, it is worth every penny.

Like having a massage anytime I like - Highly Recommend
We've had the chair for over 3 months now, love it and use it several times a week. A huge huge plus is the convenience. Feeling a bit tight, go jump on the chair. Can't sleep, go sit in the chair. Is like having a masseuse on call 24/7. I'm writing this review while sitting on the chair.

Best money ever spent. Works so well on neck and shoulders. I like the quick access and intensity control you have with this massage chair. it allows me to hit spots on my back and neck I could only have relief from if someone else massages me. I highly recommend it.

I did a lot of research before purchasing this massage chair and it met my every expectation and then some. I suffered from the neck and shoulder pain, It relieved pain after minutes of massage.
