Massage Chair Shipping, Exchange, and Return Policy
1. Free Curbside Freight Delivery
All massage chairs include free curbside freight delivery to the 48 contiguous United States.
The estimated delivery time is generally 7 to 10 days. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the chair brand, product availability, delivery location, freight carrier schedule, and circumstances outside Tittac’s control.
Curbside delivery means the freight carrier will deliver the shipment to the curb, driveway, or nearest safe exterior location accessible by the freight truck.
Curbside delivery does not include:
- Bringing the chair inside the home.
- Carrying the chair up or down stairs.
- Unpacking the chair.
- Assembling the chair.
- Moving the chair into the room where it will be used.
- Removing boxes or packaging materials.
The customer is responsible for arranging sufficient assistance and equipment to move the chair from the curbside delivery location into the home.
2. White Glove Delivery
White Glove Delivery is available for an additional charge. Pricing varies by chair brand, model, delivery address, and the services required.
White Glove Delivery generally requires an additional 7 to 10 days beyond the regular curbside freight delivery estimate.
The White Glove Delivery process generally includes:
- The massage chair is shipped to a local delivery and assembly company near the customer.
- After receiving the chair, the local service provider contacts the customer directly.
- The customer and service provider arrange a delivery date and appointment window.
- The service provider delivers the chair to the home and assembles it according to the confirmed service level.
Services involving stairs, upper floors, room placement, unpacking, and packaging removal may vary by service provider. Customers should confirm the exact services included with Tittac before placing an order.
All White Glove Delivery charges are non-refundable, including when the customer cancels after the service has been arranged, refuses delivery, exchanges the chair, or returns the chair.
3. Alaska and Hawaii
Free shipping does not apply to Alaska or Hawaii.
Customers in Alaska or Hawaii must contact Tittac before placing an order to receive a shipping quote and confirm available delivery options.
4. Inspection at the Time of Delivery
The customer is responsible for inspecting the shipment and the visible condition of the massage chair before signing the Delivery Receipt.
Before accepting the shipment, the customer should check for:
- Torn, punctured, crushed, or dented packaging.
- Signs that the shipment was dropped, tipped, or mishandled.
- Visible scratches or damage to the chair or its components.
- Missing boxes or packages.
When visible damage is found, the customer must:
- Describe the damage clearly on the Delivery Receipt before signing.
- Avoid using only general language such as “subject to inspection.”
- Take photographs of the packaging, shipping labels, damaged areas, and Delivery Receipt whenever possible.
- Contact Tittac as soon as possible.
For severely damaged shipments, the customer should contact Tittac before refusing delivery whenever reasonably possible.
When a Delivery Receipt is signed without any damage notation, the freight carrier may consider the shipment to have been delivered in good condition. This may limit or prevent Tittac from filing a successful freight damage claim.
5. Damage or Problems Discovered After Delivery
Signing the Delivery Receipt does not eliminate the customer’s rights under the 30-day exchange and return policy below. However, signing without noting visible damage may affect a freight damage claim.
If concealed damage or a functional problem is discovered after the chair is unpacked, the customer must contact Tittac promptly and provide requested photographs, videos, and other information needed to evaluate the issue.
Functional defects or problems reported after the shipment has been accepted will generally be handled under the applicable manufacturer’s warranty. A warranty issue does not automatically qualify the customer to receive a complete new-chair replacement.
6. 30-Day Exchange and Return Policy
All massage chairs may be requested for exchange or return within 30 days from the purchase date shown on the sales receipt or invoice.
The customer must contact Tittac and receive approval and return instructions before shipping a chair back. Unauthorized return shipments may be refused.
The returned chair must be prepared and packaged in a condition suitable for safe freight transportation. The customer is responsible for damage caused by improper packaging or failure to secure the chair properly for return transportation.
7. Returns for a Refund
For a return made for a refund, the customer is responsible for the actual freight cost in both directions, including:
- The original shipping cost from Tittac to the customer.
- The return shipping cost from the customer to the designated return location.
Although the original order may have been advertised with free shipping, Tittac paid the freight carrier to deliver the chair. When a chair is returned, both the original outbound freight cost and the return freight cost will be charged to the customer or deducted from the refund.
White Glove Delivery charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
8. Exchanges for Another Massage Chair
Exchange for a Higher-Priced Chair
When exchanging for a chair with a higher purchase price:
- The customer must pay the difference in price.
- The customer is responsible for one applicable freight charge associated with the exchange.
- Tittac will confirm the freight amount and how it will be applied before processing the exchange.
- The original White Glove Delivery charge is non-refundable.
- White Glove Delivery for the replacement chair, if requested, will be charged separately.
Exchange for a Lower-Priced Chair
When exchanging for a chair with a lower purchase price:
- The customer is responsible for freight costs in both directions.
- Any remaining price difference will be adjusted after applicable freight costs have been deducted.
- The original White Glove Delivery charge is non-refundable.
- White Glove Delivery for the replacement chair, if requested, will be charged separately.
9. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If the customer refuses delivery without prior approval from Tittac, is unavailable for a scheduled delivery appointment, or provides an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, the customer may be responsible for:
- The original outbound freight cost.
- Return freight charges.
- Redelivery charges.
- Storage charges.
- White Glove Delivery charges already incurred.
All White Glove Delivery charges already incurred are non-refundable.
